No. Neither your personal information nor your email address is ever shared with anyone outside of UBCC and our direct service providors. Your information is NEVER sold or shard with list consolidators or other information brokers. From time to time, we may communicate to you special offers for products or services of third parties outside of UBCC which we believe may be of interest to you. However, we will not provide these third parties with any non-public information about you without your consent. All such communications contain the UBCC logo and contact information.
Our site provides you the opportunity to receive information on a one time basis. Unless requested otherwise, you will receive future email communications from UBCC. However, each email you receive from UBCC provides an Opt-out link should you decide that you do not wish to receive future communications. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and your email address is permanently marked as “opted out” so that you receive no future email communications.

We make no effort to collect or save IP addresses used in the normal operation of the internet and web-browser programs. Cookies are not used and are not required when visiting the UBCC website. Only when you request a personal demo of the UBCC software, will it be necessary to enable cookies in your browser program for the duration of the demonstration. The demo site we use does require cookies to enable the one-on-one personal experience with one of our support technicians. The cookie does not track any personal information about you, provide us with any way to contact you, or extract any information from your computer.
UBCC contains links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. We never reveal information about individual visitors to our site without consent.
UBCC makes message boards available only to its clients. Such message boards and/or group email programs are covered by their own privacy policies. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in public message boards becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information. Messages posted on private message boards are only revealed to members of the private groups.
